One can unsubscribe from getting newsletters by sending a letter to email@example.com from an e-mail address that the character is registered on. An e-mail letter subject is “Unsubscribe from newsletters”.
Article 1. Basic Concepts
1.1 Multiboxing is the term that denotes registration of two or more characters by one user.
1.2 Sitting is the term that refers to playing for a single character by two or more users. It’s used for the purpose of leveling up, earnings, trade, storage and transfer of items, etc.
1.3 Ban is blocking, temporary or permanent restriction to character’s activity.
1.4 Game bugs are coding errors that lead to a non-standard character development and/or getting illegal experience, money, property and other advanced features, e.g. using administration errors.
1.5 Bot is an automated program that emulates character’s actions. It is created for performing any actions aimed at the user’s character or other characters and is intended for the leveling up and/or enrichment of one’s character or characters of other users as well as actions aimed at a game chat function.
1.6 Fraud is receiving of game’s paid services, objects and other valuables through the commission of frauds with electronic payments systems.
Article 2. Types of Violations
“Fallout Online: Revival” game prohibits:
2.1. Selection, thefts, password transfers or any other influence that isn’t approved by the character’s owner or Administration.
2.2. Intentional influence on the server and/or game code.
2.3. Creation and launch of a bot or another automated (semi-automated) program that wasn’t approved by Administration.
2.4. Use of game bugs.
2.7. Violation of chat rules (including routine violation).
2.8. Violation of forum rules (including routine violation).
2.10. Insults, obscene words (including veiled ones), defamation of Administration or project moderators.
2.11. Expression of racism, nationalism, infringing human dignity based on religion, sex and national origin.
Article 3. Types of Penalties
3.1. Game chat ban, temporary or indefinite (chat is accessible in read-only mode).
3.2. Forum ban, temporary or indefinite (forum is inaccessible).
3.3. Game ban, temporary or indefinite (game access is locked).
3.4. Fine on a character (clan).
3.5. Confiscation of character’s game property (clan’s).
3.6. Character removal.
3.7. Locking game access by IP.
Article 4. Circumstances That Can Mitigate the Penalty
4.1. Commission of minor violation for the first time.
4.2. Voluntary confession.
4.3. Active actions that contributed to the violation disclosure and exposure of its participants.
4.4. Adverse events from the game server’s part that led to violation (not through a fault of the user).
Article 5. Circumstances That Can Aggravate the Penalty
5.5. Repeated violation.
5.6. Cases involving serious consequences as results of the violation.
5.7. Committing violations with conflict of interest.
5.8. Giving false reports in investigations.
Article 6. Procedural System
6.1. Preparation of the case of a detected violation is carried out by an authorized person or Administration representative. In case of an open investigation, there’s a brief summary on a newly investigated case published in forum’s special section.
6.2. All involved participants are notified by the game mail and are called to testify in the case within 7 (seven) days from the moment of notice dispatch.
6.3. Closed cases of a detected violation and sentencing on it are performed within 7 (seven) days from the date of opening the case.
6.4. A preliminary lock of the character is possible in specific cases. It’s done before final judgment.
6.5. Penalties for minor violations in the form of a temporary chat and/or game e-mail lock, when the case of guilt is clear, are executed immediately without notifications by game e-mail or incident investigation.
6.6. Sentences for violations specified in paragraphs 2.7-2.8 are delivered and enforced immediately without notifications by game e-mail or incident investigation.
6.7. The character, who is serving the sentence, can be granted amnesty by a particular decision of Administration.
Special Section. Types of Violations and Penalties
Article 7. Selection and Theft of Password
7.1. Selection and theft of character’s password as well as character transfer or an attempt of character transfer to another user is punished by an indefinite game ban of a violator’s character, on which behalf the impact was performed, and by access lock to the game by IP.
Article 8. Unauthorized Impact on the Server and/or Game Code
8.1. An unauthorized impact on the server and/or game code is punished by an indefinite game lock of a violator’s character, on which behalf the impact was performed, and by access lock to the game by IP.
8.2. Authorized impacts are game services on clan and individuals’ servers that are approved by Administration, plug-ins/add-ons that are installed in the user’s browser as well as computer equipment that optimizes the gameplay (multifunctional mouse, keyboard, etc.).
Article 9. Creation and Launch of a Bot That Wasn’t Approved by Administration
9.1. Creation and launch of a bot that wasn’t approved by Administration or any other automated (semi-automated) program to commit any game actions for leveling up and/or character (clan) enrichment as well as actions that are aimed at a game chat are punished with a temporary or indefinite game lock of the character that was used as a bot (from 7 to 30 days). In some cases, fine for a character (clan) and/or confiscation of game property takes place, if there are proofs of material benefits.
Article 10. Use of Game Bugs
10.1. The use of game bugs is punished by a temporary character lock (1-5 days), if bug detection was announced by Administration on the forum before the moment of commission of a crime. In some cases, fine for a character (clan) and/or confiscation of game property takes place, if there are proofs of material benefits.
10.2. The use of game bugs is not punished, if bug detection was not announced by Administration on the forum before the moment of commission of a crime on the condition that the bug is used up to 2 times and there is a subsequent passing of the game bug to Administration.
10.3. The use of game bugs is punished by a temporary (7-30 days) or indefinite character lock, if bug detection was not announced by Administration on the forum before the moment of commission of a crime on the condition that the bug is used up to 2 times. In some cases, fine for a character (clan) and/or confiscation of game property takes place, if there are proofs of material benefits.
10.4. Punishment for information dissemination on bug replication for personal gain or massive diffusion of information on ways of bug replication is an indefinite lock.
Article 11. Multiboxing
11.1. Registration of two or more characters (multiboxing) is punished by a temporary game lock for the main character (1-3 days) and an indefinite lock of all secondary characters or by imposing fines on the main character and an indefinite lock of all secondary characters. The character that was the first to be registered is recognized as the main one. Special note: registration of characters of several real players (relatives, neighbors, etc.), who play using one computer (server, gateway, etc.) is allowed in case of specifying the ID of intersecting characters in all game profiles. The transfer of any game resources between these characters is prohibited and is qualified as multiboxing, according to the Rules of the game. If one of such characters violates the present Rules of the game, the penalty applies to all characters he has a game intersection with, including the coincidence of technical parameters of connection to game resources.
11.2. Registration of four or more characters (multiboxing) is punished by an indefinite lock of all characters and user’s IP.
11.3. Items transfer between multi-characters is punished by imposing a temporary game lock (1-3 days) and fine on all transfer participants.
11.4. Brokering in funds transfers between two and more multi-characters is punished by a temporary game lock of the broker-character from 1 to 7 days and fine imposing.
Article 12. Sitting
12.1. Sitting is punished by a temporary game lock (1-7 days) or by an indefinite game lock of characters (in case of repeated violation). In some cases, fine for a character (clan) and/or confiscation of game property takes place, if there are proofs of material benefits.
12.2. Permanent sitting is qualified as multiboxing and is punished in accordance with article 11.
Article 13. Chat Rules Violation
13.1. Chat rules violation is punished by a temporary game chat ban (5 minutes – 1 hour).
13.2. Gross and repeated violation of chat Rules is punished by a temporary (12 hours) or indefinite (1 year) game chat ban or by an additional lock of game e-mail, or by a temporary (5-10 days) or permanent game character lock.
13.3. Violations under articles 2.10 and 2.11 are punished in accordance with chat Rules.
13.4. Clans and their leaders are responsible for gross and repeated violations of chat Rules by clan members. In case of violation a moderator issues a warning to a clan leader. In case of a repeated violation a fine of 1.000 caps is imposed on the clan. Penal sanctions are imposed by an Administrator only.
13.5. Amnesty for penalty for chat Rules violation is granted by a chat moderator, who has imposed it, or by an Administrator with the notice of a moderator.
Article 14. Forum Rules Violation
14.1. Forum Rules violation is punished by a temporary (15 minutes – 3 hours) forum ban.
14.2. Gross and repeated forum Rules violation is punished by a temporary (7-30 days) or indefinite forum ban.
14.3. Violations under articles 2.10 and 2.11 are punished in accordance with forum Rules.
14.4. Amnesty for penalty for forum Rules violation is granted by a chat moderator, who has imposed it, or by an Administrator with the notice of a moderator.
Article 15. Black Operations, Including Those with Caps
In case of detection of black ops with caps, the character gets a warning or is punished by a temporary lock for 1-7 days. In case of a repeated violation he is punished by a temporary lock up to 30 days or by an indefinite game lock.
15.1. Provoking players in chat, on forums and other game resources that are connected with purchase/sale/transfer of characters is punished by a temporary (7-30 days) lock or by an indefinite game characters lock.
15.2. In case, if number of transactions that were carried out through clan’s treasury or stockroom is detected in course of investigation, a considerable fine is imposed on the clan. The decision on disbandment of the clan can be made in accordance with Administration’s decision.
15.3. Black operations with caps: purchases and sales of caps by players for gold at the price that differs by more than 20% in any direction from the official rate specified at Huckster store. Such operations include:
15.3.1. Sales of caps at Huckster shop with the further receiving of extra charge from a buyer through the bank (overpriced sales).
15.3.2. Purchases of caps at Huckster shop with the further transfer of extra charge to a seller through the bank (overpriced sales).
15.3.3. Sales of caps at Huckster shop with the further transfer of extra charge to a buyer through the bank (under-priced sales).
15.3.4. Purchases of caps at Huckster shop with the further receiving of extra charge from a seller through the bank (under-priced sales).
15.3.5. Any other schemes of sales and purchases of caps at the price that differs from the official rate by more than 20% (the only exceptions is specified in 15.3.6.).
15.3.6. Operations with caps within the clan boundaries are permitted and exclusively regulated by agreements between a buyer and seller. It’s recommended to carry out such operations through Huckster shop.
Article 16. Fraud
16.1. Fraud is punished by a temporary or permanent lock of the character(s) of the violator, on whose behalf the impact was made. Confiscation of game property that was gained by criminal means is included.
16.2. Any publications of referral links and/or unauthorized projects promotions, fraud messages that encourage other players to perform actions that say ’send a message****to ***number and get $100’ in game profiles, game chat or on forum are punished by an indefinite game lock of the character.
16.3. Any publications of a map with locations of a ‘toxic cave’ and its parts in game profiles, game chat or on forum (the map is the picture of a caves’ playing field of the size that is more than 7x7 squares).
Article 17. Consideration of Ban Protests, Complains against Moderators
17.1. Complaints against moderators and protests against bans must be sent to game Administration in accordance with the route specified in the section:
17.2. If you believe that your ban-related case requires an individual approach, send all your protests to Administrators Neoman [ID1] or Dobriy [ID4]. Your protest should give a full picture of the case that led to your banning. It must include your own theory of what has happened. Send all protests and complains by the game e-mail to Neoman [ID1] or Dobriy [ID4] and via personal e-mails for Admin [ID1] or Dobriy [ID4] on this forum. If there’s no chance to send a personal e-mail, send your protests by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
